1） Product Introduction
Polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) is sintered from diamond micro-powder and cemented carbide substrate under ultra-high pressure and high temperatures, has both the high hardness, high wear resistance and thermal conductivity of diamond but also the strength and impact toughness of cemented carbide, and is an ideal material for cutting tools, drill bits and other wear-resistant tools.
PDC is a composite material composed of diamond and cemented carbide, has the features of high rigidity and good wear resistance, and is widely applied in oil drills, geological exploration, coal field drill bits, and machining tools.
Drilling series diamond PDC: Applicable to soft to medium hard geological drills, with high impact toughness and thermal stability, can resist a temperature up to 750℃ (two minutes); such products fall into flat surface and multiple groove face combination type. We can design groove type, grinding, polishing, chamfer etc. depending on user demands and can provide products of special shapes.
Machine tool series PDC: Applicable to cutting high hard alloys, wood, ceramics and other non-metallic, non-ferrous, and other metals, with high hardness and wear resistance, and high cutting precision. In the mean time, the products can be processed into rectangularity, triangle, fan and other shapes according to user demands; and can be used for making wear-resistant devices, drills, tops, and drill gears (spherical and conical) and the like.
